Social Worker planning to move to Anchorage with psychologist husband and medium sized dog looking for small home to rent. We've never been there, so can't say much about what area we'd like. We need a fenced in back yard and a washer/dryer hook up but otherwise aren't too picky. We'd be very glad for any suggestions or  ideas.
