Anchorage Coalition on Homelessness:

Attached is an event card for Project Homeless Connect.  It is the method we
will be using to solicit persons experiencing homelessness to attend the
event.  FedexKinkos is donating the printing of 500 of these cards for the
Coalition.  We will be having volunteers pass out these cards on the week of
the event throughout the community.

We encourage agencies that work with persons experiencing homelessness on a
regular basis to print the attached cards and begin passing them out from
now until July 27th.  Please provide them only to appropriate participants.
These cards can also be used as a bus pass on the day of the event to obtain
a ride on PeopleMover to Project Homeless Connect.  We also will be
providing limited shuttle services from some of the shelters in town on the
27th.  

One of the attached documents is in Microsoft Publisher and the other is in
Adobe Acrobat.  If you have access to Publisher the print resolution of the
event card is clearer.  The documents are intended to be printed back to
front on card stock.  There are four event cards to a page.  Thank you for
your assistance in advertising Project Homeless Connect.  We are
anticipating a wonderful turn-out for our kick-off event.
