Attached is a flyer for the up-coming 2nd Annual Kidney Disease Symposium,  put on by the American Association of Kidney Patients- AK chapter.  It is held on May 19th at the Millennium.    Please also pass on to those you know that could benefit from this information. 
 
All of the Alaska nephrologists will be speaking at the event, as well as the Virginia Mason Medical Center transplant coordinator and social worker, along with many others.  It is FREE, including breakfast and lunch (sponsored by the Alaska Kidney Foundation), and they accept donations.   All interested have to register.
