I just received the attached CMS Chart describing official mailings to
Medicare beneficiaries from CMS, SSA, and Part D plans between August and
November 2006. This should be especially useful to any of you who are
receiving questions from Medicare patients/clients about their eligibility
for the Part D Low Income Subsidy (LIS) for 2007.
