We're seeking your suggestions for October NASW NEWS content.

 

Please send your suggestions via e-mail by  Aug . 21 to Lyn Stoesen

Give us as much information as possible, as soon as you can.

 

News space is limited, and our audience is national, so we can't promise to
use every suggestion. But we can -- and do -- promise to consider every one.
After all, it's a sure thing we can't cover stories we don't know about, so
let us hear from you!

 

In particular, we're looking for stories that have these characteristics:

 

* Tells members about NASW activities and developments in practice and
social policy (the NEWS mission)

* News value — Reports new developments, or updates those previously
reported

* Timeliness or urgency

* Relevance to current areas of emphasis in NASW’s program

* Pertinence to the interests of substantial segments of the national
membership
