North Star Behavioral Health System is recruiting for the following 
positions: 

Lead Clinical Therapist; North Star Hospital
MSW required, LCSW preferred 
Position provides clinical leadership and consulting on assigned units, 
including program development and operational issues, and with clinical 
therapists assigned to those units.  Position works with Dir. Of Social 
Services to ensure that all services for cases and program elements are 
provided in a timely and appropriate manner and provides direct and 
indirect client care, psychotherapeutic services to clients and families 
and serves as the primary liaison between the facility and outside 
agencies for discharge planning, abuse reporting and continuum of care 
functions.

Mental Health Specialist II and III:
Openings at Residential Treatment Center and Hospital
Bachelor degree and work experience in related field required
Under the supervision and direction of the Charge Nurse  MHS II and III 
staff provide direct care to patients with psychiatric disorder; to ensure 
the safety and well being of patients; to support the maintenance of 
therapeutic milieu. Also responsible for providing leadership and 
direction to MHS I staff based upon experience and special training in 
various areas of mental health service delivery (e.g. group therapy, 
milieu management diagnostic based training, grief and loss, etc.).
